Victoria Matthews

Victoria’s extensive experience in business and communications, most recently as Co-Managing Director for the European Arenas Association, has led her to understand the importance of customer motivation and to appreciate the critical role of customer focus in delivering business success.

Victoria set up SEMA4 to help live entertainment venues deliver the best possible experience through targeted experiential monitoring. In addition to working for some of Europe’s leading Arenas, Victoria also manages the European Arenas Association’s EU Initiative which includes the EAA’s participation in the ERASMUS+ SAFE program.
