Your E3S Delegate Information

Firstly, thank you for taking part in E3S next week and being part of the crucial conversation about security at live events. E3S is now sold out.

This post should contain all the information you need to get to the conference, and make the most of the day, but if you have any specific questions, please feel free to contact us via or on +44 (0) 203 743 0301.

Getting to E3S

E3S runs from 09:00 – 20:00 on Tuesday 10 October.
E3S takes place at the Intercontinental London – The O2 (Waterview Drive, Greenwich Peninsula, London, SE10 0TW0
(Google map is here)

The best way to arrive at the hotel is via the underground to North Greenwich on the Jubilee Line. Alternatively, Greenwich Pier provides regular riverboat services to and from the West End.

(Car parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for conference guests and costs £50 for 24 hrs for non residents).

To reach E3S, from the hotel lobby take the lift / elevator to 2nd floor and follow directions to the Greenwich Suites.

Collecting your Pass

Access to E3S is via prior registration only. Please bring your Eventbrite confirmation email (on paper or digitally) and one form of identification to receive your credentials.

The registration desk opens at 9am, before the Opening Address which starts at 10am sharp. We are expecting the day to be very busy, so please ensure you arrive early to avoid the queue.

Schedule for the Day

On arrival at E3S you will receive a printed conference guide, which includes the schedule for the day (as well as all delegate contact information).

The schedule is also available to view on the website here. The website schedule includes all speaker, chair and presenter biographies.

Eating & Drinking

Your delegate registration includes three tea and coffee breaks, snacks, a full buffet lunch and closing drinks and canapés. Should you require refreshments outside of the scheduled breaks, the hotel offers numerous options (details are here).

Taking Part in Sessions

E3S was established as a forum for the whole live events industry, and while each session has guest speakers on stage, we would actively encourage all delegates to participate in the conversation.

Given the sensitive nature of some topics, E3S is a closed-door meeting and no external media will be present. Anything reported by our staff writer will be cleared with session chairs and speakers.

The Small Print

By attending E3S you are consenting to the event’s Terms & Conditions, which can be viewed here.

And finally…

If you can’t make E3S for any reason, please do let us know. There is a waiting list of professionals who hope to attend, so giving us advance notice may allow us to accommodate one extra voice in the room.

We look forward to welcoming you next week.
