- 17 years working for the Rugby Football Union at Twickenham Stadium in a variety of roles within Crowd Safety & Security Departments ending in Stadium Events Operations Manager, Event Day Chief Steward & one of the Safety Officers, responsible for Stadium Safety & Security planning and delivery
- Moved to Wembley Stadium Jan 2018 as the Senior Crowd Safety Manager and covered the Safety Officer role responsible for Stadium Safety planning and delivery
- Worked the Rugby World Cup 2015
- IAAF Games at London Stadium 2013
