Morten Therkildsen is the Head of Security, Health and Safety at Roskilde Festival, which is an 8 day long festival with 130.000 people gathered at the same time.
In 2006, Morten started ConCom Safety, a Crowd Safety Management company, that offers consultancy, training and services to promoters and venues. This company now has clients like Live Nation, The National Broadcasting Services, Carlsberg and his staff is a part of approximately 200 shows a year.
In 2014 Morten was the Head of Security at European Song Contest, the 4th largest tv show in the world, and has vast experience within tv-shows, sporting events, concerts, festivals and political gatherings.
Morten was also amongst the first cohort of students to achieve a Bachelor of Honors in Crowd safety Management. An education he has used to implement new ways of looking at safety for audience and the ways of documenting and planning events.
In 2013 Morten sold ConCom Safety to Roskilde Festival, and is daily manager of the department.
